Join quizmaster Keith Parker for a fun and friendly general knowledge quiz night. Bring a team of up to 6 people or meet others to make up a team on the night. Everyone is very welcome. National Heritage Open Days
St Peter’s Church, High Street. Saturday 14 September,
10.00 am to 4.00 pm and Sunday 15 September, 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm. Members of the Friends committee will be in the church to show you the main features and all our research into the monuments, their families and those who served in the First World War. 

Autumn Craft Fair
St Peter’s Church, High Street. Sunday 20 October, 12pm to 4pm. This popular annual local event will be held in the atmospheric and beautiful church of St Peter’s. Local crafts people will be selling their wares in time for some early Christmas shopping. There will be hot soup, cakes and hot drinks available. Free parking. Free entry. Old Riverport Jazz and Blues Festival
A series of concerts throughout the town and surrounding villages. The Festival has become one of the most popular events of the year. Now in its fifth season, there will be 25 free concerts. 20th to 23rd September, starts on Thursday evening at 7pm in the Oliver Cromwell with jazz band, The Jazz Tones. It ends on Sunday evening with a charity concert at 8pm in The Lounge.
